We are seeking a part-time maintenance technician for our apartment complex, max 30 hours a week, 4-5 days a week. You will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and preventative maintenance to keep our property fully functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with an eye for detail is necessary in this role.

Duties:
- Maintenance of buildings exteriors & units
- Painting, light landscaping, turnover of vacant units
- Plumbing & electrical repairs
- Weather preparation and clearing (salting driveway, clearing snow, etc.)
- Please note that this list is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Pass a background check
- Experience in apartment/facility maintenance preferred
Compensation
- $18/hour
- Maximum 30 hours/week
