Folawns Medical Spa & Salon is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Beauty Consultant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, driving retail sales, and helping create a seamless luxury experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications with accuracy and efficiency
- Recommend and promote salon, spa, and retail products and services to enhance the client experience
- Build strong client relationships and help drive retail sales goals
- Maintain a polished, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Support daily salon and med spa operations while ensuring smooth workflow for the entire team
- Handle client inquiries, transactions, and administrative tasks with attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $13–$15 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Full-time availability required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Previous medical spa experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and basic administrative tasks
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding client care
