About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of our electrical systems and equipment. Responsibilities
- Pinpoint the root cause of system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and techniques, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to proactively identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Execute precise repairs and replacements of faulty wiring and equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Install and maintain electrical components, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our equipment.
- Perform rigorous testing of electrical systems using advanced testing devices, guaranteeing the safety and compatibility of all systems.
- Interpret electrical schematics and specifications to facilitate accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with high-voltage electrical systems (up to 480V 3-phase and 500V DC).
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, including Ohm's Law.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and specifications.
- Experience with AC/DC drives and PLCs in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Windows for work order management.
