We are a family-owned skilled nursing facility, not part of a chain, not run by distant executives, and not driven by spreadsheets over residents. Decisions are made on-site, by people (you) who know the residents, the staff, and the community - and backed by ownership confident in your expertise.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Lead nursing practice with professionalism, compassion, and accountability
- Build a strong, stable nursing culture that people want to be part of
- Mentor and develop nurses instead of just “managing” them
- Direct decisions of administration—your voice matters
- Focus on care delivery and a traditional of clinical excellence
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Chasing corporate BS that doesn't improve care
- Sitting in pointless meetings all day or any day
- Being micromanaged
- Fighting a culture that doesn't value quality of care as the primary goal
Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced RN leader (DON or ADON experience preferred - but not necessary). An accomplished/capable/motivated LPN is also qualified. Passion will get you this job. Good ideas will get you this job. We don't need you to have done it before - we just need you to be legit committed.
