Plumbing Apprentice
$18 – $25 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on major commercial construction projects across New England alongside experienced journeymen and foremen. Denron Hall has paid out millions in performance-based bonuses and offers paid vacation and personal days after just 90 days. We hire apprentices we want to grow into journeymen, foremen, and beyond.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist journeymen and foremen with plumbing installations under direct supervision
- Carry and stage materials; maintain a clean, safe work area
- Learn to cut, join, and install copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX piping
- Practice reading blueprints and field sketches
- Drill holes, install hangers, supports, and fire-stopping
- Perform demolition and removal of existing plumbing
- Attend required classroom training (144 hrs/year per NH regulation)
- Progress through the 5-year apprenticeship program toward your journeyman license
REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to enroll in the ME Apprentice Plumber Registration program
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Eagerness to learn and take direction
NICE TO HAVE
- OSHA 10 (we'll train if you don't have it)
- Basic hand-tool familiarity
- Prior construction exposure in any trade
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift and carry 50+ lbs.
- Prolonged standing, walking, squatting, reaching
- Overhead work and climbing stairs
- Work at varying heights on ladders
- Pass a pre-employment physical
- Perform in all indoor and outdoor climates
