We are sourcing for a Junior Maintenance Mechanic for a company located in West Caldwell, NJ. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities of the Junior Maintenance Mechanic:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete corrective actions.
Support setup, adjustments, and changeovers on production lines.
Assist with preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
Operate and maintain laser and inkjet coding equipment.
Support equipment installations and process improvements.
Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment issues.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Benefits of the Junior Maintenance Mechanic:
Monday-Friday 6 am-2 pm, overtime as needed.
Pay rate $23-$25 based on experience.

Requirements for the Junior Maintenance Mechanic:
1–3 years of maintenance or mechanical experience
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge required
Electrical and pneumatic experience is a plus
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
