What You’ll Do:
- Respectfully engage with guests, confidently take photos, and sell high-quality photography and video packages while exceeding daily goals.
- As a Team Lead, you'll be supporting the Operations Supervisor to inspire the team to hit their sales KPIs, all while ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Using digital cameras, media equipment, and touch-screen registers to complete transactions while staying organized and efficient.
- Assist the Operations Supervisor with admin tasks (schedules, inventory, corrective actions)
- Stay active in an exciting park atmosphere, interacting with guests, and delivering a memorable experience while following company policies of Pomvom and Six Flags New England (no cell phones while working). Working in ride photo kiosks (greeting and encouraging guests to purchase their ride memory!)
- There can be 30 guests coming off rides every 30 seconds so you must be outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic! (And quick to work at the speed of the guest flow).
- Since it's a family theme-park, it can be a loud and bustling environment so you’ll need to project your voice so large groups can hear you.
Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Motivate your team, setting the example for top-tier customer service and helping them crush their daily targets.
- Solve problems with empathy and creativity, making sure your team stays on track and exceeds expectations.
- Be a key communicator, keeping your Operations Supervisor and fellow leaders in the loop as you work together to meet goals and oversee the site operations successfully.
- Create a positive, high-energy culture by building genuine connections with your team and leading with confidence and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need prior photo experience, just bring your passion for customer service and teamwork!
- Retail/sales experience is definitely required, and prior leadership experience preferred. If you’ve led a team before, you’ll thrive in this role. Professionalism is expected when performing both roles.
- Availability when the park is open until end of season in November 2026.
- A love for working outdoors in a family-friendly and busy environment, even in the heat of summer or during rainy or cooler weather!
- Comfortable standing and walking outside for extended periods and operating digital touch screen cameras.
- A natural drive to hit sales goals. deliver exceptional service and build a collaborative and performing team.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
