Superintendent – Data Center
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a large-scale Mission Critical project. This individual will be responsible for safety, schedule execution, quality, subcontractor coordination, and overall jobsite performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering ground-up data center projects, including structural steel erection, concrete operations, building envelope, and the installation and coordination of critical infrastructure such as electrical distribution systems, generator yards, equipment pads, and major MEP systems. Experience supporting energization, startup, and turnover activities within a Mission Critical environment is highly desired.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Data Center or Mission Critical experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading ground-up, core and shell, and critical infrastructure scopes
- Strong understanding of structural, civil, and MEP construction means and methods
- Proven ability to manage schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
