Blue Collar Services is seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent with a strong background in Class A office construction and tenant buildouts. This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable general contractor managing high-end commercial projects in the Miami area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for interior tenant improvement projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Communicate daily with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage site logistics, inspections, and punch lists to project closeout.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction.
- Proven experience with Class A office buildouts and tenant improvements.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience working with general contractors and coordinating multiple trades.
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Based on experience – highly competitive
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
