Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
- Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correctly, to pass quality inspections set forth by our Dealership and Manufacturers.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding status of service work
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
Automotive Technician Qualifications:
- Automotive Technician experience required
- Diesel Experience a plus
- ASE or other OEM Certifications a plus
- Familiarity with CDK DMS a plus
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining high level of customer service
- Some Working knowledge of shop equipment
- Automotive knowledge
- Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
- Valid drivers license
