We're seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) committed to making a difference in elementary through high school settings. Collaborate closely with supportive Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), manage well-balanced caseloads, and enjoy the unique experience of working in both Victorville and Needles, CA—with travel mileage to Monument Peak fully reimbursed where required.
Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP)
- California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Clear Credential required
- Experience in a school-based setting highly desired
- Comfort working across K-12 or K-6 grade bands
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Must provide an updated resume, interview availability, job preference, and valid credentials
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech and language services to K-6 (Victorville) or K-12 (Needles) students
- Maintain a manageable caseload (generally up to 55 students) with SLPA support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and family/staff communication
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
- Travel as needed (including to Monument Peak; mileage reimbursed)
