Landers Business & Tax Solutions is looking for motivated and professional independent contractor tax professionals to join our growing team for the upcoming tax season (2027). YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING YOUR OWN CLIENTELE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLIENTS. ALSO WE ARE JUST LOOKING FOR TAX PROFESSIONALS THAT IS LOOKING FOR A TEAM TO JOIN FOR MENTORSHIP AND SUPPORT. Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and small business tax returns
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Review financial documents for accuracy
- Maintain compliance with IRS regulations and company standards
- Educate your clients on tax credits, deductions, and tax planning opportunities
- Build and maintain your client relationship
Qualifications
- Must have OWN CLIENTELE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLIENTS
- Previous tax preparation experience preferred
- PTIN and EFIN required or willing to obtain one
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of tax software is a plus
