Position: Licensed Dental Assistant

Status: Full-Time | Hourly | $34/hour + Daily Bonus

What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care to our patients. Your daily tasks will include:
- Preparing exam rooms and sterilizing instruments
- Assisting Dentists, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists during procedures
- Taking and exposing dental x-rays
- Recording patient vitals and treatment notes
- Providing post-op instructions and patient education
- Assisting with impressions, temporary crowns, root canals, and more
- Supporting lab case prep and dental model pouring
- Helping with infection control protocols
- Ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Current MN Dental Assistant License
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Proficient with computers and dental software
- Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo, or Hmong is a plus!
