Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills – we go above and beyond to serve our customers!
- Ability to type 60 wpm with high accuracy.
- Ability to type 10-key.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills – we are constantly problem solving!
- Ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and assign workflow in the most efficient way
- Detail Oriented
- Be able to remember and keep track of a lot of information - good short term memory
- Automotive knowledge helps
Job Duties
- Production management skills - manage the workflow throughout the shop - facilitate meeting our customers expectations and timelines to the best of our abilities and see that the work gets through the shop in the most efficient manner.
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional way.
- Handle multi-line phones, texts and emails.
- Greet customers, type detailed notes about their car as they speak about what they are experiencing.
- Check in cars, photographing for damage, collecting information and entering it into the computer.
- Maintain communication with customers as their cars go through the repair process via phone, text or email.
- Type technician notes into repair orders.
- Order parts – price check between vendors, call for parts, search online for hard to find parts.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Able to drive automatic or manual transmission cars (be willing to learn stick shift if not currently able)
- Detail oriented
- Quality focused
- Highly Organized
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
