We are a Samsung Home Appliance Service Center servicing the Atlanta and metro area. Providing Repair/Services for Samsung home appliances.
Our facility is located in Norcross, GA on Beaver Ruin Rd.
Paid training will be provided.
Our hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
Following are the essential duties/skills as a Parts Associate:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all parts in stock and received.
- Regularly update the inventory database to reflect current stock levels.
- Conduct daily checks to identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
Order Processing:
- Receive and process parts orders from suppliers.
- Verify order accuracy and condition upon delivery.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to track order status and resolve any issues.
Collaboration with Repair Technicians/Team:
- Provide timely updates on parts availability and delivery schedules.
- Address any urgent requests for expedited orders.
Quality Control:
- Inspect incoming parts for quality.
- Address and resolve any issues related to faulty or substandard parts via reporting to manager or emailing for escalation.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on parts usage, defective parts, etc.
- Maintain detailed records of supplier delivery times.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in parts management.
