Join our dynamic team at WCS Healthcare Partners as a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - RRT-NICU specialist. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in neonatal and pediatric critical care to provide exceptional respiratory therapy services. - Work a 3x12s shift schedule, including every other weekend (Fri/Sat).
- Provide respiratory care in neonatal critical care and pediatric settings.
- Float between pediatric units and NICU, with potential to float to adult units.
- Perform procedures such as blood gas analysis, vent/BiPAP/high flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, and chest PT.
- Utilize and manage equipment including Servo I & U and V60 BiPAP.
- Adhere to compliance and attendance policies, including adequate notice for contract cancellations.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience, with PICU/NICU experience required.
- Active NJ License or Compact license required at time of submission.
- BLS and NBRC certifications required; ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required but can be obtained onsite.
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
- Strong skills in adult critical care, emergency department procedures, and various respiratory therapy techniques.
- Ability to float within skillset, with varying patient ratios based on census and staffing.
- Completion of required compliance modules and de-escalation training if applicable.
- Submission requirements include SSN, DOB, and a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests.
- Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays, unless specified otherwise.
- International work history or permanent residency must be disclosed.
