EEPB is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting managers and directors while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Primary Responsibilities
This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting several Managers and Directors with their tasks.
These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Update and maintain due date list, workflow reports, and administrative tracking

Provide administrative support to managers and directors

e-file tax returns and extensions

scan and upload various documents to proprietary system

prepare engagement letters, invoices, and other professional communications to clients

prepare/final Form(s) to be sent to client (ie 1099/941/TWC)

back-up for front desk

maintaining confidentiality and performing all tasks in keeping with established protocols for security

maintains an effective, systematic and timely filing system
- Codes, scans, files and distributes communications effectively
- Assists with coordinating meetings, and events as needed
Working Conditions

This is an in-office role

Due to the nature of the business deadline days will require late hours, and vacation may not me taken surround those deadline days.

High School Diploma

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365)

Professional and Presentable with Strong Ethics and Problem-Solving abilities
