- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
- Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, waxing, or carpet cleaning to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to keep spaces fully equipped
- Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial or public areas to uphold cleanliness standards across the facility
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor waxing
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in cleaning environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies safely
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper management is a plus
