Overview
Niagara Machine is looking for a hands-on Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and support surface preparation and concrete grinding/polishing equipment used by contractors across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, building equipment, and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
No two days are exactly the same — you’ll work with mechanical and electrical components, assist with warehouse operations, and help ensure our customers receive high-quality, reliable equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble surface prep, grinding, and polishing equipment from components and sub-assemblies
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical assembly and adjustments
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality
- Perform preventative maintenance and light troubleshooting as needed
- Check in rental fleet machines for completeness, damage, or missing items
- Assist with inventory tracking of parts and finished products
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping pallets
- Help prepare equipment for customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with technicians, sales, and warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools or equipment
- Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Bonus (but not required):
- Experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical work
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Forklift experience
