We are a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant in Los Gatos looking to hire skilled, professional, and passionate individuals. Our restaurant features traditional Vietnamese dishes with a heavy focus on pho and noodles and a selective beverage menu.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A LINE COOK BEFORE AND UNDERSTAND HOW TO SAUTE Punctual, dependable, organized, and professional
Passion for food, attention to detail and a strong understanding of flavors, and a keen eye for plating
Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining food quality and presentation
Organize kitchen stock and ingredients and verify all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.
Capable of sustaining a clean work environment
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States
Must be physically well and have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and carry at least 50lbs
Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is preferred
Own or obtain CA ServSafe/Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire
