Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor (Part-Time, Evenings)
ABC Carolinas is seeking experienced journey-level Electricians to serve as part-time Instructors for our Registered Electrical Apprenticeship Program in North Carolina.
Openings:
Schedule:
- Evenings, 5:00–7:00 PM - Two nights per week
- Monday + Wednesday OR Tuesday + Thursday – Flexible
Responsibilities
- Teach NCCER Electrical curriculum through in-person classroom instruction with some lab/shop activities
- Support apprentice success through engaging, hands-on training
- Record attendance and grades in ApprentiScope
- Communicate with employers regarding apprentice attendance as needed
- Maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of journey-level electrical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to a consistent evening schedule
Required / Obtainable Certifications
- NCCER Instructor Certification (or ability to obtain)
