Networks Northwest/Northwest Michigan Works! is seeking a full-time Career Advisor to help individuals achieve their employment and career goals. In this customer-focused role, you will provide career assessments, job search assistance, resume and interview coaching, work readiness training, and connections to community resources. You'll work closely with customers, employers, and community partners to develop individualized career plans and support successful employment outcomes.
Qualified candidates will have experience in education, human services, case management, or a related field, along with strong communication, customer service, and coaching skills. An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of the local labor market, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to build collaborative partnerships are essential.
This full-time salaried position starts at $45,000 annually and includes an outstanding benefits package featuring employer-paid health, dental, and vision, retirement contributions, life and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, a cell phone, and a computer.
