Apollo TeleCare is hiring a Remote Support Specialist for our weekend afternoon/evening shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is comfortable using technology, and is looking for consistent part-time weekend work.
As a Remote Support Specialist, you will use two-way video, smart-home technology, and established support protocols to help adults and seniors live safely and independently in their own homes.
Schedule and Work Location
This position is for the following shift:
Saturday and Sunday: 6AM-2PM
Training takes place in our Centennial office for at least the first 30 days. After training, the position moves to a hybrid schedule, with approximately 50% of shifts worked remotely and 50% worked in the office.
*Because this is a weekend coverage role, reliability and consistent attendance are extremely important*

What You’ll Do
Use two-way video and smart-home technology to monitor client safety, respond to alerts, and provide real-time support.
Provide medication reminders, appointment reminders, cueing, coaching, and support for daily activities.
Offer friendly conversation and emotional support to help reduce isolation and loneliness.
Respond promptly and calmly to urgent situations or emergencies by following established protocols.
Communicate with caregivers, family members, and healthcare providers when needed.
Troubleshoot basic device or connectivity issues.
Document client interactions, incidents, and follow-up items accurately and promptly.

Requirements
Minimum age of 18.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer literacy required.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and document accurately.
Previous experience in healthcare, telehealth, telecare, caregiving, social services, senior support, or customer service is preferred but not required.
