Posh Cleaning Crew is seeking residential house cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. We are looking for professionals who care about doing quality work, show up on time, and communicate clearly.
This is not a fill-in job, a short-term side hustle, or a company for people who disappear or cancel last minute. We build long-term relationships with our clients and we are very selective about who represents our brand.
You can teach cleaning techniques. You cannot teach integrity, accountability, or respect for other people’s time. Reliability and communication matter more to us than experience.

Independent Contractor Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel locally
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to follow company systems, standards, and expectations
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
Position Details
- Residential house cleaning
- Independent contractor role (1099)
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Paid per job, well above industry standard
- $60 per home when paired up to 3 hours of work
- $90 per home when working independently up to 4 hours of work
- Tips paid directly to you
