Job Overview.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely handling and removing asbestos materials from various sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in challenging environments.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to identify asbestos-containing materials.

Safely remove, encapsulate, or dispose of asbestos in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Perform mold remediation as necessary to ensure a safe environment.

Build containment areas and employ appropriate safety measures during abatement processes.

Restore affected areas post-abatement, ensuring all surfaces are clean and safe for reoccupation.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:
Qualifications

Asbestos Abatement Certification

Previous experience in asbestos abatement or related fields is preferred.
