Seek qualified property Caretaker. This is hands on work. + Potential OPTION of On‑Site Housing for one with a well-appointed on-site apartment offered as partial compensation for an agreed number of weekly hours, providing a stable living/work arrangement. If live-in, this would require additioanl work hours and high level of additional skills.
With or without housing, this long‑term role is focused on maintaining a private residential property with precision and care. Work is weekly / part-time. Hours based on skill levels. Ideal for well experienced property caretaker or retired tradesperson, craftsman who values precision, reliability and is physically capable of doing the work personally.
Position blends hands-on maintenance, detailed cleaning and in-depth household support. Requires a proactive person with good skills to do many routine repairs and maintenance both inside and out. Person should notice even the smallest of things -and be able to take care or improve them quickly -without procrastination.
By nature this job involves physical work so please have the ability to do such work. Compensation: up to $20 hourly based on required experience and skill level beyond basic maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Interior & exterior home maintenance, minor general repairs
- Hands‑on handyman tasks like small carpentry, painting, landscaping, faucets etc.
- Meticulous / deep cleaning and most household tasks
- Organizing household areas
- Tile floor and furniture care
- Swimming pool upkeep
- Assist with family dogs / pets
- Occasional local errands
- Hands-on experience in handyman work is required.
