Program Assistant / Coach — Afterschool Enrichment Program Hot Shots Tennis | Westchester / Playa del Rey / Playa Vista / Marina del Rey, CA
Hot Shots Tennis is hiring Program Assistants/Coaches for our K–5 afterschool tennis enrichment program for the upcoming school year. Support class flow, activities, and student engagement at local school sites — no tennis experience necessary, we train you.
Pay: $18.50–$25/hr, based on childcare/sports experience Schedule: Monday–Friday afternoons, during the school year Locations: School sites in Westchester, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, and Marina del Rey
What you'll do:
- Support class management and activities for elementary-age students
- Help keep energy high and sessions running on schedule
- Set up/break down courts and equipment
- Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
- Follow Hot Shots curriculum and safety protocols
What we're looking for:
- No tennis experience necessary — we train you
- Childcare, coaching, or youth sports experience a plus
- Reliable, punctual, great with kids
- Comfortable supporting groups of elementary-age students
- Must pass background check
