Must be able to train on 1st shift (6am-2pm) then change over to actual shift which is 2nd (2pm-10pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Bilingual Fibrous Material Handler to join our team. This position is a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and handling fibrous materials throughout the shift. Responsibilities include moving, organizing, and transporting materials, loading and unloading materials, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Employees will be required to operate a manual pallet jack to move materials safely around the facility. Candidates must be comfortable performing hands-on work in an industrial environment and be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Safely handle, move, and organize fibrous materials throughout the facility.
- Operate a manual pallet jack to transport materials and products to designated areas.
- Load, unload, stack, and prepare materials for production or shipment.
- Perform physical labor including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying materials for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack and move materials throughout the facility.
- Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow work instructions and procedures.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to effectively communicate with team members.
