We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team based in our Wichita, KS, office and help us deliver the best experience to our ecommerce customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported.

What You’ll Do (including but not limited to)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our services and each customer’s account.
- Report noticeable trends or issues to the appropriate supervisor or teammember for remediation.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused during peak call volumes, handling increased demand with professionalism, clarity, and calm—even when things get hectic.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous call center experience a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
Schedule:
