Location: Berea, OH (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM —Never work weekends!

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (depending on experience)
- Total Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ annually with commission
- Highly competitive commission structure with strong earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting across Accounting, Office, IT/Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial roles
- Sourcing candidates through calls, texts, job boards, and digital outreach
- Managing a high-volume pipeline of candidates and open roles
- Moving candidates efficiently through screening, onboarding, and placement
- Partnering with clients to fill roles quickly and effectively
- Building relationships with candidates and guiding them through the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone (60–70+ calls/day)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems
- Previous recruiting or sales experience is a plus

Pay: $47,200.00 - $147,254.00 per year
