We are currently seeking a committed, patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join our Homecare and EI programs serving pediatric and adult populations.

Role Overview
As an Occupational Therapist in our homecare and EI programs, you will provide client-centered, functional therapy services designed to improve independence and quality of life.
You will:
- Address performance skills impacting daily living, work, and participation
- Select and adapt appropriate OT treatment approaches per case
- Implement interventions to improve safety, ADLs, and IADLs
- Educate clients on task modification and activity breakdown
- Assess home environments and recommend appropriate adaptations
- Recommend and train clients on adaptive equipment
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
- Supervise OTAs and HHAs as appropriate
- Track progress toward short- and long-term goals
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation
Qualifications
- NYS Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in homecare, EI, or related settings preferred
- Must have experience or willingness to work with pediatric cases
- Strong clinical judgment and professional communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and patient-centered
