General Manager will work shift 1 (8am to 5 pm) and will work 5 days a week and may have to work Overtime, weekends is a must.
There will be BONUS PAY, will explain. Based on Revenue, Employee Retention, Goals, and Scores of Hotel.
There will be a 30 day trial for this position meaning hotel MANAGEMENT will help you gain the knowledge and experience needed to be a GENERAL MANAGER. Starting pay for this trial period will be part of your salary.
Duties include the following:
Responsible for covering shifts, helping each other figure out the right TEAM, making sure Front Desk Agents are ready to learn and are ready to take care off our guests..
5 days a week at 45 hours.
Must be willing to TRAIN on all shifts.
Must be willing to cover all shifts. Must be willing to work EVERYDAY.
Must be proficient on WORD, EXCEL , and other computer-related programs.
Must be willing to work WEEKENDS.
Must be a fast, dependable, organized person. Must have 2 years HOTEL EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY HILTON HOTELS (PEP). We prefer hotel experience but are willing to train the right person..
