Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead the team in their absence

Convey and uphold Wingstop’s culture and mission to serve the world flavor

Delegate tasks and manage shift activities, including opening and closing duties

Resolve customer issues and assist team members with troubleshooting

Document and report operational matters to upper management
