Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
Pay: $15.90 per hour
We are hiring professional, observant, and reliable Access Control Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment at a controlled entry site. This position plays a critical role in managing entry and exit points, verifying identification, and conducting vehicle inspections or mobile patrols.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous, professional manner. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, as officers may be responsible for operating company or site vehicles to conduct patrols or perimeter checks.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid, current driver’s license with clean driving record (required).

Valid OH security guard license or guard card.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Previous experience in security, access control, customer service, or law enforcement preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Reliable transportation.
