Tacoma Comedy Club 6th. Ave and Grit City Breakfast Bar & Grill is a dual concept space that is home to Tacoma Comedy Club's second location in Tacoma, where you can see all the best local and up-and-coming comedians in an intimate and inviting venue. As well as our full service all day restaurant, Grit City Breakfast Bar & Grill that serves up breakfast burritos, cocktails and classic breakfasts. Looking for a strong general manager for our team who is good at communication.
Pay:
- $60,000-$70,000 Depending on Experience
- Health Insurance + Paid Vacation and Sick Leave
Hours:
40-45 Hours a week. Must be able to work shifts both in the morning and evening and on weekends. Must have flexibility with occasional shift changes to fulfill business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Restaurant operations background in both Front and Back of House
- Proficient with POS systems
- Positive outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Experience with money management
- Skilled with computers and online platforms
- Previous staffing experience, including scheduling, hiring, and firing
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions
- Personable and upbeat demeanor
- Organizational skills for structured workflows
- Willingness for hands-on tasks
- Ability to keep composure during stressful and challenging situations
Responsibilities include overseeing various aspects of customer service, overseeing and managing staff, and managing on-site entertainment.
