As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you won’t just manage a shift, you’ll shape culture, develop talent, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that powers critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Lead People, Not Just Processes
- Inspire, coach, and support a union workforce to hit production goals safely and efficiently
- Build trust, accountability, and strong team engagement on your shift
Drive Performance
- Actively monitor production flow, address issues in real time, and remove barriers
- Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support cost and delivery targets
Own Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and engineering standards
- Investigate non-conformances and safety incidents and lead corrective actions
- Be a visible safety champion on the floor
Develop the Team
- Support hiring decisions, onboarding, and training plans
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to grow future leaders
Champion Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process, workflow, and performance improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (or equivalent hands-on leadership experience)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Degree in Operations Management or Engineering
- Experience leading in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Background in engineered or industrial products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
