We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons.
- Help with food handling and storage according to safety and health regulations.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by providing assistance with various tasks as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Flexibility to assist in various areas including cooking, catering, and food preparation as needed.
