Overview
Join our small construction team as a Concrete Foreman, where you will lead and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects. In this vital role, you will coordinate with crews, and manage schedules while also helping form and pour various flatwork jobs.
Duties
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate daily work activities, manage daily job schedules using and filling out daily progress reports
- Review and read blueprints
- Lead and oversee the quality job details and final products
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage a collaborative team environment through effective communication
- Form and finish various types of flatwork
Qualifications
- Must have clean driving record
Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
