About Critter Evictors
Critter Evictors specializes in wildlife removal, rodent exclusion, and structural wildlife prevention throughout the Greater Phoenix area. We help homeowners solve problems involving rodents, birds, raccoons, skunks, bats, and other nuisance wildlife through professional inspections, exclusion work, repairs, and long-term prevention.
As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a Wildlife Consultant who can inspect properties, identify issues, educate homeowners, and provide customized solutions.
This is not a retail sales position or a route-based service position. This is a professional consulting role focused on inspections, problem-solving, and helping homeowners protect their properties.
What You'll Do
- Respond to company-provided leads (no cold calling or door knocking)
- Inspect homes, attics, roofs, garages, and exterior structures
- Identify wildlife activity, entry points, and exclusion opportunities
- Educate homeowners on findings and recommended solutions
- Prepare and present proposals
- Close service agreements
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area using a company-provided vehicle
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting attics and rooftops
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to build trust with homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- First-year earning potential of $80,000–$120,000+
