We are seeking compassionate and dedicated PCA/ CNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their homes. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs.

Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately .
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Valid CPR, First Aid, fingerprint background check and TB test or willing to obtain swiftly.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments .
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient service.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
