Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. We are looking for drivers that would like to work part time locally (Southeast Idaho / Northern Utah). The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- This position is for 20-40 hours per week.
- Safely transport freight to designated locations while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Manage route driving efficiently to optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Handle automatic transmission vehicle as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving a tractor-trailer with refrigerated trailer, and dry vans
- Familiarity with freight handling and delivery processes.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to tight schedules.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
