Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Overtime as Needed)

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Door Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves preparing materials, operating assembly equipment, handling inventory, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing physical labor throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for loading onto door manufacturing equipment
- Load and unload materials safely and accurately
- Assemble door components using machines and hand tools
- Pick and stage materials for production orders
- Operate a forklift (training available)
- Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate progress with department leadership
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to learn forklift operation
- Strong work history and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
