Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a collaborative team in a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with routine security-related requests from tenants, guests, and/or property personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
