Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of building/apartment units
- Patching and painting apartment walls
- Caulking bathroom during apartment turnover
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Cleaning exterior BBQs
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas (bleaching/cleaning when needed, graffiti removal when needed, etc)
- Replacing light bulbs
- Address and follow up on work orders to apartment units
- Report any maintenance issues to management immediately
- Snow removal when needed (a few times a year)
- Dust mops, wet mops and vacuums floors where applicable
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Driver's License and vehicle (you will be reimbursed for your mileage)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Ability to lift, carry and move items that can be up 15-20 pounds
- Knowledge in safe use of maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment
- Previous experience with painting, appliance repair and basic plumbing

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
