Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Assist customers with styling and product recommendations.
- Create a positive shopping experience for every guest.
- Support store promotions and engage with social media initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion and current trends.
- Social media experience is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and sales-driven attitude.
- Reliable and able to work 3 weekends per month.
- Ability to work approximately 16–18 hours per week.
