Salary - $70,000 - $90,000 (inclusive of base & commission and bonuses)
VIP Automotive Group of Long Island is actively hiring an experienced Automotive Internet Parts Customer Service Representative to support our growing OEM automotive e-commerce operations.

As an Automotive Internet Parts Customer Service Representative, you will manage online automotive parts orders from start to finish while providing exceptional support to retail and wholesale customers.
- Process and manage online automotive parts orders from order placement through fulfillment
- Verify OEM part numbers, pricing, quantities, availability, and shipping information
- Resolve customer concerns involving:
- Wrong parts
- Damaged shipments
- Lost packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Backorders
- Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, shipping carriers, and dealership teams
- Handle cancellations, exchanges, refunds, reshipments, and order modifications
- Support high-volume automotive e-commerce operations
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide automotive parts quotes and product information
- Assist Level 1 Customer Service Representatives with escalated or complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of orders, customer communication, and resolutions
- Deliver professional written communication in a fast-paced, email-heavy environment
- Generate revenue through proactive customer follow-up and lead response efforts
This is NOT an entry-level customer service position.
Qualified candidates should have prior experience working in:
- Automotive dealership parts departments
- OEM automotive parts operations
- Automotive e-commerce parts sales
- Online automotive parts fulfillment
- 2+ years of automotive parts experience
- OEM automotive parts knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience with online order fulfillment and shipping workflows
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling customer escalations and problem resolution
