Streamline Restoration & Construction is a growing restoration company serving Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will help homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, mold, fire, and smoke damage. This is a hands-on position where you will work with professional equipment to restore properties and support clients during challenging situations.

Responsibilities
- Perform water damage mitigation and structural drying
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Perform water extraction and moisture detection
- Assist with mold remediation and containment
- Perform demolition and debris removal when required
- Perform fire and smoke damage cleaning and restoration
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Communicate with project managers and team members
Requirements
- Experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction or demolition experience
- Familiarity with drying equipment and moisture meters
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus
