Peterson Window Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking Residential Window Cleaning Technician to serve customers throughout the Kansas City metro area.
No window cleaning experience is required — paid, hands-on training is provided.
We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, pays attention to detail, communicates well with homeowners, and takes pride in doing excellent work. As you become trained, you’ll complete residential window cleaning jobs independently and have opportunities to earn more through increased responsibility and performance incentives.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential window cleaning to company quality standards
- Travel between scheduled customer homes throughout the Kansas City metro area
- Communicate professionally and personably with homeowners
- Learn to safely use professional window-cleaning equipment
- Inspect completed work and correct any quality issues before leaving
- Keep company equipment clean, organized, and in good condition
- Protect customers’ homes and property while working
- Identify appropriate opportunities for additional services and upsells
- Help generate customer reviews by providing excellent service
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability and willingness to drive to customer homes throughout the Kansas City metro area
- Available Monday–Friday during daytime hours
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Able to lift and carry approximately 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights when necessary
- Smartphone
- Professional and comfortable speaking with customers
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
Pay & Schedule
$18–$25/hour + performance incentives
- Paid training
- Full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Saturday availability is optional
- Opportunities for increased compensation based on reliability, quality, efficiency, customer service, and ability to work independently
- Additional performance incentives may be available for productivity, upsells, customer reviews, and other performance metrics

Previous window cleaning experience is not required. Reliability, work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn matter more to us than experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
