At Ad Light Group, we create custom signs and branded environments for customers across the country. From ADA signage and dimensional lettering to wall graphics, vinyl applications, and architectural signage, our work helps businesses tell their story.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new equipment, solving problems, and taking pride in producing exceptional work.
This is a hands-on production role that supports our Graphics & Vinyl Department while providing opportunities to learn graphic layout, production file preparation, and sign manufacturing. If you enjoy creating tangible products—not sitting behind a desk all day—you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our Graphics & Vinyl team, you'll help transform customer artwork into finished products ready for fabrication and installation.
Your responsibilities include:
Graphics & Vinyl Production
- Assist with preparing production files for large-format printers, vinyl plotters, and photopolymer equipment
- Operate vinyl plotters, laminators, printers, and finishing equipment
- Weed, mask, laminate, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for production
- Produce high-quality graphics for interior signage, ADA signage, wall graphics, and specialty applications
- Read production drawings and work orders to ensure every project is built accurately
- Perform quality inspections on artwork, printed graphics, and finished products
- Stage completed work for fabrication, assembly, and installation
- Help coordinate workflow between departments to keep projects moving on schedule
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with meeting production schedules and customer deadlines
Production Support
- Communicate with fabrication, project management, and installation teams
- Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work overtime when needed to help meet customer commitments

Required & Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Vinyl graphics or sign production (1 - 3 years Required)
- Large-format printing (1 - 3 years Required)
- Vinyl plotting and application
- Laminating and finishing equipment
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign (3 - 5 years Required)
- CAD tools or similar software
- Manufacturing or fabrication
- Print production or fabrication (1 - 3 years Required)
- Color matching
- Custom signage
Don't have sign industry experience? No problem.
If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy learning, and have a great attitude, we'll train the right person.
