Nashville Retractable Screens is hiring an installer / construction helper for residential and commercial screen systems, motorized screens, awnings, and pergolas.
We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working with tools. Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, trim work, or installations is preferred, but screen and pergola experience is not required. We will train the right person.
This position can be part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability.
Pay:
$25–$30 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and reliability.

Job duties include:
Installing fixed screens, motorized retractable screens, awnings, and pergolas
Working on residential job sites around the Nashville area
Removing and replacing trim when needed
Mounting high-end screen systems
Doing minor trim repairs and paint touch-ups
Keeping job sites clean and professional
Requirements:
Basic to mid-level construction or installation experience
Able to use tools and work outside
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Clean and valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Dependable and willing to work
On-site training will be provided.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
